The Earth Development Program

This post describes something called the "Earth Development Program", an idea I have for complete global transformation.

Preamble

Earth has become entangled in fear. Its inhabitants have largely forgotten their ability to create their own realities, and have given away most of their power to forces acting against them. The nature of fear is to subvert truth and destroy life. It is an aggressive energy, produced by disharmony, discord, strife and conflict.

Human beings are a mixture of angel and animal. It is our evolutionary strategy to progress from angel to animal, and then back again to angel (why we chose such a path remains to be discovered, although a non-specific reason would be simply for spiritual development). However, the thinking patterns of these two states is quite different. Animals operate in a reality dominated by a limited material/physical view of the world (the third dimension), whereas angels operate in a reality dominated by an unlimited spiritual view of the universe (the fifth dimension and higher).

Animals compete, whereas angels co-operate. Those humans who think like animals are easily recognised, because they use a different set of economics. Because they have a limited view of the world and its resources, they believe they can only win if someone else loses. They believe that the way to gain money is to take it from others, instead of realising that money is infinite and creating their own. They believe the way to get a beautiful partner is to take them away from someone else, instead of realising that they could attract a single one. They believe the way to run a country is to build defences, protect its resources, and invent strategies to extract resources from other countries. They don't know that the combined wealth and power of two co-operating entities is always greater than two entities defending themselves from each other. Animal-thinkers are easily recognised as being attracted to competitions and conflict of all kinds, such as competitive sports, competitive business, war, etc.

Angel-thinkers and physicists know that all is one. There is no separation in the Universe; it isn't observed empirically, and there are no scientific theories to support it. The concept of separation comes from (a) superstitious religious beliefs, and (b) ingrained tribal beliefs resulting from centuries of conflict over resources. However, the truth is that everything in the Universe is comprised of energy, and is in continual energy exchange with everything around it. For example, your own body is being rebuilt continuously from the air, water and food that you take into it; even as you sit reading this, you are absorbing energy and information from your surrounding environment, while also emitting energy and information. We are all part of a larger system that extends to infinity.

A building containing humans can be viewed as a single living thing, since it consumes resources and produces waste, inhales and exhales, and absorbs and emits light and information, just like any other living creature. Yet a building is part of a larger organism such as a town or city, which exhibits the same exact characteristics. Even nations are living things, consuming resources, breathing in, producing waste, breathing out, talking to other nations, learning from their surroundings. Our planet, too, is also a living thing: it breathes, consumes resources and produces waste, absorbs information from its surroundings, thinks about things, and grows and changes physically, mentally and spiritually.

The planet itself is part of a larger living being called the Solar System, which is effectively a cell or a neuron in a larger organism known as the Milky Way Galaxy. Our Galaxy is part of larger living beings such as our Local Group of galaxies, which is part of the Virgo Supercluster, and so on, to infinity.

The Universe itself is therefore a living being, breathing, consuming resources and producing waste, growing, changing and thinking. (Now, if the infinite Universe is alive, and thinks, and this can be understood and observed scientifically, then that's pretty interesting. We'll come back to that.)

Everything is life. Atoms, cells, humans and other creatures living on this planet and others, the planets themselves, star systems, galaxies, galactic clusters, out to the scale of the Universe, and in to the scale of quarks and smaller. All these entities are merely coagulations of energy oscillating in dynamic, temporarily stable patterns, and are in continual energy exchange with everything around it. Everything is in a constant state of flux as energy flows back and forth through every bit of the Universe.

A New Understanding of Earth

On Earth, we have reached a point in our collective understanding where we are ready to accept this knowledge and everything that it implies. However, this simple atom of knowledge, that All is One, has massive implications, and is thus causing a huge global shakedown. It means that competing for resources is futile and counterproductive, since both sides are on the same team. It would be like one of your arms fighting the other for energy. A better strategy is to use both arms to pick fruit, so that there is plenty of energy for the whole body.

To get a new picture of Earth, and how humans should live in it, consider a brain. A human brain is comprised of about 100 billion neurons, all exchanging electrical and chemical information with each other. Each neuron is connected to about 10,000 others via synapses, which are channels of communication and energy exchange.

The human species behaves in exactly the same way. Every human is connected to thousands of others via relationships, which are effectively channels of communication and energy exchange. We are constantly exchanging physical and informational resources with each other, forming a planet-wide living system that functions for all intents and purposes exactly like a brain. The human race is, literally, the brain of Earth. Perhaps the definition could be expanded to include animal and plant life, just as our own brain is surrounded by, and lives in symbiosis with, other biological systems within the human body, however we can probably safely assume that the core of Earth's thinking functions are performed by its human component.

We are Earth's CPU.

A Happy Planet

Let's consider our own brain for a minute. All the cells in our body, including the neurons of our brain are living things. They experience health or unhealth, depending on toxicity levels and availability of necessary resources. If we put too many toxins into our bodies, or starve it of food or water or oxygen, then our cells can't function properly, and can become damaged. When many of our cells are in a less than optimal state like this, we feel it physically. We may feel tired, or lethargic, or sick, or we become vulnerable to disease or injury. Hence, to keep ourselves feeling ship-shape, we need to take care of our cells, feeding them the chemicals they need, and not feeding them the chemicals that hurt them.

When a large number of our cells "feel" a certain way, this affects the way we feel. As living things, we are aware of our cells at a macroscopic level; in other words, out the level of the organism, we experience a general overview of the health of all the cells in our body. It is similar to looking at the screen in front of you. You don't experience each pixel individually, but all of them together paint a picture.

When your cells are hungry or thirsty, you feel hungry or thirsty. When your cells are healthy, you feel healthy.

If our neurons (brain cells) are in a state of unhealth, then we can't think well. Under these conditions, we are more likely to make mistakes. We also revert back to animal thinking, and become more competitive, more defensive, and more scared. Unfortunately, unless you have trained yourself to recognise the symptoms, in this sub-optimal mental state we often forget that the best solution is often not to fight or defend, but to eat something nutritious, drink some water, get some fresh air or sunshine, or otherwise attend to our health. Hence, it is wise never to make important decisions when feeling frightened, angry or unwell, because sometimes these decisions are hard to roll back once you're feeling good again.

Now, considering that the human race is the brain of Earth, what sort of condition is the planet in? Is it healthy, or not? Happy, or not? Thinking clearly, or not? Behaving rationally, or not?

Let's say you wanted to be as happy as possible. Happiness is related to the health of your cells, but also harmony within your mind. We've all had inner conflict that keeps you awake at night, when two options seem of equal value, and there are so many variables and unknowns that it's literally impossible to know what the right choice is - and yet, the implications of the choice will be momentous. But imagine if your brain cells were all working together with a common purpose - what peace we would experience.

Optimising Earth's Brain

In order to get a brain functioning as effectively as possible, we would ideally want the following conditions to prevail:

  • An adequate supply of resources to maintain effective function of the brain cells, such as food, water and oxygen.
  • Eliminate or minimise damaging toxins in the environment of the brain cells.
  • Fast, optimised communications pathways between neurons, providing easy, unhindered transmission of information and energy.
  • Ability for neurons to form new connections easily.
  • A tendency to approach conflict, confusion and indecision with calm and patience.

Hence, if we accept that the human race is the brain of Earth, then we would ideally want the following conditions to prevail on a planet-wide scale:

  • An adequate supply of resources to maintain effective function of all humans, such as food, water and oxygen. This means, ideally, an abundant supply of high quality food, purified water, and clean air to all people on the planet.
  • Eliminate or minimise damaging toxins in the environment of the humans. This means a clean environment, no industrial pollution, and also minimisation of toxins in the human diet.
  • Fast, optimised communications pathways betwen humans, providing easy, unhindered transmission of information and energy. This means high speed internet access for everyone, a common language that everyone is fluent with, and unhindered freedom of movement anywhere on the planet.
  • Ability for neurons to form new connections easily. Same requirements as the previous point.
  • A tendency to approach conflict, confusion and indecision with calm and patience. This means a global acceptance that despite our cultural habits, value systems and belief systems, we are all one, and on the same team, so that when conflict arises we work together to find solutions that satisfy and benefit both parties. It means always seeking a co-operative rather than a competitive approach. This may seem unrealistic, but it becomes possible when the first point is met, because when the fear of loss of the essential resources for survival is removed, there is less concern about the outcome and less need to rush or make hasty decisions.

The brain of Earth will function even more effectively when all these things are available completely for free, provided by the new global system we are going to create.

Imagine what life would be like on Earth if all concerns for survival were removed. If high quality food, water and air were available everywhere. If everyone spoke the same language. If everyone was tolerant of each other's difference, and in fact, embraced them as members of the same species, cells in the same living planet, different aspects of their own selves. If it was possible to communicate with any other person, anywhere, at any time. If it was possible to travel anywhere in the world at any time.

It would mean peace, freedom, health and happiness for the whole planet. There will still be conflict, because this is the nature of life, but the main difference would be that the conflict wouldn't be internal to the planet. Earth will have metamorphosed from the little girl tormented by her demons into a self-respecting woman able to step out and participate in the larger affairs of the Galactic Community.

This kind of Earth is possible, and this is the basis of the Earth Development Program.
